CV22 - Rugby - England is a new British menswear label named for and based in the small market town in central England called ‘Rugby’ with a rich cultural, athletic, literary and scientific heritage, a town that in the 1800s gave the world not only the eponymous sport of Rugby Football, but also was instrumental in forming the codes of conduct of the modern gentleman.
CV22 draws on these historical concepts and themes colliding them with the contemporary world, distilling elements of classic menswear to their very ‘thingness’, whether it be design, silhouette, construction or ritual, and ‘with a fine disregard’ create a new menswear label that is unapologetically progressive and contemporary in attitude, outlook, design and direction.
